Anthony shares his time between pastoring in Dunfermline and exercising his creative gifts in Hope Fuelled Design. One of his favourite bible stories is when Jesus meet the Samaritan Woman at the well. For Anthony the story captures how Jesus meets all of us in the grittiness of life. The story is inspiring, challenging and grace filled. Did you know that it is arguable that the Samaritan Woman is the first evangelist? Because she told her village all about Jesus.
Hi! I’m Diandra. I am from Romania and I recently moved to Scotland (8 months ago) in the midst of the pandemic which was a bit rough. Through the years I have been involved in a variety of missions but summer camps have a special significance to me. I committed my life to Christ at a summer camp and, over 25 summer camps later, I first met my future husband Liam. Liam is the minister at Springburn Baptist Church in Glasgow, and together we share a passion of doing ministry and seeing God move in the Springburn community. As a small church, we recognised the need for a mission like HFD in producing high quality resources that help us to engage with the local community. This is where my skills, passion and HFD’s mission tie together.
I’ve been part of HFD for almost a year now as the Communications lead specialising in Social Media and project management. I’ve been a christian for 10 years and I am really passionate about seeing how God brings hope into people’s lives. Hope Fuelled challenges me to grow in many ways, particularly it challenges my definition of how and where mission takes place. Today, we can be assured that most people are online and so having relevant, innovative and hope fuelled content out there is essential. I love being part of Hope Fuelled Design because it doesn’t feel just like a business, HFD is about serving together, being creative together and offering a missional space for christian creatives - at its heart it is all about mission and discipleship.
